Overview
When you access the App Designer, you are directed to the App Designer home page. In this view, you can create an app by clicking the Create new app button located at the top left corner of the right panel or the Create a New app button inside a folder.
Either option starts the Create an app wizard, which comprises four steps:
1.Choose the Personas to access the app
2.Configure the app's information
App summary
In the last step of the Wizard, a summary of the app is shown for you to review it. If you need to make changes, you can return to the previous wizard steps by clicking the Back button.
If everything is correct, click the Create button to create your app.
At this point, you have created your first app and you are directed to the App Designer editor to start building it.
Once you are directed, the app you created becomes locked to avoid any other user from working on that app. For more information on locking and unlocking your app, refer to the Check-in / Check-out article.
