Overview
The App Designer is a web-based component of Bizagi Apps that lets you create multiple rich and ready-to-go apps.
It provides a no-code approach to customize the experience for each Persona. All the interactions defined in the Experience Matrix are used to create the best enterprise low-code apps. Any contextualized and personalized app can be created using the available out-of-the-box controls.
The App Designer uses the concept of composability to simplify the app's creation and provide customized experiences. Some of the most powerful features available are:
•Branding and personalization: Various controls are offered to ensure customization in branding as needed. Through these controls, it is possible to modify elements such as titles, fonts, colors, backgrounds, and logos and ensure every user who accesses the app finds a modern and custom experience.
•Dashboards: Some of the App Designer's controls allow you to easily include dashboards you have created in reporting tools, such as Power BI, to your apps. You can include the most relevant reports for each Persona through simple drag-and-drop controls and present essential indicators within the app.
•Reuse forms for the app: Continuing with the composability concept, every single process created in Bizagi Studio can be used within your apps. All the forms you design for that process are fully optimized to display within the application. Processes can be triggered through a button, or a form can be displayed when a specific action is performed. All composable components work together to generate a smooth interaction for the end user.
This component is made up of two views: the App Designer home page and the App Designer editor.
The App Designer home page is the App Designer's landing and main view. It displays every app you have created, organizing them in folders for you to review, access and edit them. Additionally, it offers options for you to manage these apps (such as create an app, upload an app, or delete an existing one) and the folders that contain them.
On the other hand, the App Designer editor is the App Designer's view that includes all the tools you need to create, edit, and publish your apps.
To get started with the App Designer, create an app following the steps described below.

To get started with the App Designer and build your own app, follow these steps:
1.Access the App Designer
You can access the App Designer from Bizagi Studio by clicking the App Designer icon.
2.Create an app from the App Designer home page
Select the Personas who will access your app. Then, name your app and add it to any folder you wish.
3.Design your app from the App Designer editor
Add the different elements you need to your app. Design it as you please.
