With Bizagi Apps, organizations can easily create apps that meet the demands of modern enterprises. With Bizagi Apps, you can streamline workflows, improve efficiency, and drive innovation across your organization.
Bizagi Apps is fit for Personas and purpose, offering the right experience to each user for peak productivity and efficiency. Bizagi Apps’ architecture is based on reusable elements that provide both operational standardization and a composable architecture that enables rapid change.
Each app is tailored for one or more Personas, providing access to multiple pages that contain contextualized information, reports, and processes of said specific solution (Sales, HHRR, Finance). Personas can browse, view, and manage all their data, related to the specific subject that the app covers.
Bizagi Apps provides powerful and easy-to-use options to customize the end user's experience. You can design how users manage their data, create new cases and work on pending ones based on their knowledge. Also, you can tailor the entire look-and-feel of your apps to respond to specific corporate requirements.

How does it work?
Through Bizagi Apps, you create as many apps as you need, each with as many pages as you want. They directly connect to your Bizagi project through your Personas.
You can create one or more apps that target specific solutions for your company. The apps use the content of automated processes in Bizagi Studio as building blocks. In each app you create a series of pages with the content that a Persona expects, creating an experience that provides a solution to their needs and requirements.
Bizagi Apps relies on the what-you-see-is-what-you-get (WYSIWYG) paradigm to build a user interface (UI) with a no-code experience. Deliver, in a smooth and agile way, a fully customized UI for any Persona.
When using Bizagi Apps, you can define how each Persona interacts with the data presented and then create one or more pages that include data views, reports, or cases to work.

Bizagi Apps structure and components
Bizagi Apps has four main components:
•The Experience Matrix, where Power Users and Developers create the building blocks using Bizagi Studio, including Personas, Business Objects, and the Interactions available for each one. The Bizagi Experience Matrix provides an intuitive, visual, and simple way to define and realize each Persona's various Interactions on the different Business Objects in an app. The Matrix simplifies the creation and composability of the reusable elements (Persona, Data, and Processes) required to build an app.
•The App Designer, where Power Users and Developers design each app. To access the App Designer, users need the App Editor Role configured in any environment. The App Designer provides a no-code approach to customize the experience for each Persona. All the Interactions defined in the Experience Matrix are used to create the best enterprise low-code apps. Any contextualized and personalized app can be created using the available out-of-the-box controls. The App Designer uses the concept of composability to simplify the app's creation and provide customized experiences.
•The App Launcher, where end users see the collection of apps available for each of them and choose which one to work with. The App Launcher is the home page for each Persona in the organization. It provides a simple, organized way to display the published apps available for each Persona.

The Experience Matrix is accessed by Power Users and Developers through Bizagi Studio, using Studio Cloud Services credentials. All other components are accessed as with the Work Portal credentials. Usually, each environment’s credentials are different from the others.

Apps URL structure
When you publish an app, you must give it a name. The initial structure of the URL is kept, adding the name given at the end.
