A process flow can be modified only by one person at a time. If a user A presses the check-out option to modify a process, Bizagi won't allow user B to modify the process until the user A closes the process modeler and had pressed the check in option. If a user A opens the process diagram via the Process Wizard, step one, the process will also be checked-out and user B won't be able to modify it unit user A closes it. If the process is opened with the Process Wizard, Bizagi will automatically check it in.
When a process is checked-out in the Expert View it will have a small green checkmark. Right click the process version and select Check-out properties to know who has the process.
