Manage Interactions

Once you have defined the Personas and Business Objects of your Experience Matrix, you must define their Interactions (or relationships) in each intersection. Before explaining how to add Interactions to your Matrix, recall that you have three types of Interactions:

1.Actions

2.Views

3.My stuff

Add an Interaction

To add any of these types of Interactions, hover on the Persona - Business Object intersection and click the ExperienceMatrixAddIcon icon that appears at the bottom.

Bare in mind that by default, this option is already enabled.

Disable an Interaction

You can also disable a New Record Interaction, to prevent the Interaction being shown to other Personas. To do this, click the three-dot menu next to its name. Then, select the Disable option.

Go to Process Wizard

Actions and My stuff have another option called Go to Process Wizard. As these Interactions involve processes in their configuration, this option directs you to the Process Wizard view when clicked.

Considerations

When deploying Interactions to Test or Production environments, verify that the deployment package contains the Context in which the Interaction is located. This is necessary for the Interaction to be present in Bizagi Apps and the Work Portal.
