Overview
The App Launcher automatically presents the apps that have been created and published in the App Designer.
The App Launcher is tailored to show only the apps that apply to the Persona.
Besides these apps, the App Launcher includes direct access to Bizagi's traditional Work Portal.
Apps displayed to the Personas
The App Launcher automatically presents a list of the published apps, so there is no need to configure anything else.
Depending on the Persona logged in, the apps that have been configured for them, will display.
The apps shown in the App Launcher depend on the visibility of each app. On the App Designer home page, go to the app's settings as follows:
Select the Personas that can access the app through their App Launcher.
The apps are sorted as they appear in the Apps Designer. For every app, its initials are displayed.
The complete name of the app is written below. Furthermore, the Work Portal is always displayed first in the list (even when no apps are visible for the current user).
Language
The language used by the App Launcher is the same that you are using in your Work Portal. Currently, English and Spanish are supported. If you want to change the language preferences for a specific user, refer to Choosing the language for each user.
Managing your session
If you want to access a specific app, click the white box that surrounds your app's name. By default, the app opens in a new tab. After using it, you can either close this new window or leave it open and return to the App Launcher's window.
Logging out
A button with the logged-in user’s name and email is displayed in the top-right corner. Click this button and then click Log out to close your current session.
Check your App Launcher Version
To check the App Launcher version, you must select your User name menu and then, click the About option.
Considerations
The App Launcher is also available for mobile devices. To ensure a better experience, it is recommended to use devices with at least 500px width. In mobile devices, the App Launcher is shown as follows:
