Add a Persona
To add a Persona to your Experience Matrix, click Add in the first column. This opens a menu with two options:
1.Existing Persona: when clicked, this option allows you to add an existing Persona to the Matrix using the Add Entity wizard. To do so, select the Persona you want to add by clicking its name on the list, and then click OK.
2.New Persona: when clicked, this option opens the Create Entity wizard for you to define a new Persona.
Once you have finished, the created Persona is added to your Matrix.
Edit a Persona
To edit a Persona included in your Matrix, click the three-dot menu next to its name. Then, click Edit Persona. This opens the Edit wizard for you to modify the selected Persona's properties and attributes.
Remove a Persona
To remove a Persona from your Matrix, click the three-dot menu next to its name. Then, select the Hide Persona option.
A confirmation message appears, indicating that the Persona will be unlinked from the Matrix.
Click the OK button to remove the Persona from the Matrix.

Bear in mind that removing Personas from the Experience Matrix does not delete them from the project. |
