Support site for Onboarding

Overview

Welcome to the Bizagi Support Site. This guide is specifically designed to ensure a smooth onboarding experience as you navigate and familiarize yourself with our platform. Whether you’re new to Bizagi or just getting started with the support site, this step-by-step guide will help you understand the basics of accessing support, managing tickets, and collaborating effectively.

 

Administrator Account Creation

Bizagi will create your company's Initial User/Administrator for you and they will send the information of the account to the email registered for the Customer Contact.

 

Based on the contacts listed in the Order Form, Bizagi creates the initial user and associates them with the support portal.

Keep in mind that you cannot have one email associated with two different accounts.

 

Administrator Account Configuration

The Initial User must create their own account on bizagi.com.

 

These are the steps you need to follow to configure your Initial User/Administrator account:

1.Go to bizagi.com.

2.Click the Sign in button on the top right corner.

3.A new window will appear, click the Sign up now link.

4.Perform the Email Address verification procedure by entering your Email and clicking Send verification code.

5.An email from Microsoft on behalf of Bizagi B2C will be sent to your inbox containing the verification code.

6.Enter the Verification code and click Verify code.

7.Once the verification process is complete, proceed to fill in the fields related to your personal information.

8.Click Create.

9.Your Bizagi account has been successfully created and will automatically link to your Initial User/Administrator account.

Remember not to use the Microsoft or Google login options when registering.

 

Creating Additional Users

The initial user must log in to the Bizagi Business Desk and create the additional users, associating them with the company. Refer to the Create and manage support accounts documentation if you have any doubts.

Assign the following roles to these users:

oAccounts Payable (This contact will be responsible for completing payments, processing and reconciling invoices).

oEnd User Technical Contact (This is the person who will be contacted regarding cloud environments configurations (delivery of environments, authentication setup, email service, VPN).

oEnd User Billing Contact (This contact will be responsible for all billing matters, and all billing requests to Bizagi must be submitted by this person).

These roles are necessary for creating support tickets.

Note that only users with the Administrator role have the ability to add users to other accounts.

 

Account Creation for Additional Users

After the initial user creates the additional users, they must register their own accounts on bizagi.com like shown in the Administrator Account Configuration section.

Once registered, these users will be automatically associated with the company and gain access to support.

Remember that they are not to use the Microsoft or Google login options when registering.

 

To Keep in Mind

The Initial User will be created by Bizagi for you.

The Initial User is responsible for creating all additional users who will need access to create support tickets.

Each added user must individually register their account on Bizagi to complete the setup and gain access.
