Detailed BPU report from Customer Portal

Overview

The BPU report provides visibility into how your organization consumes the resources included in your Bizagi subscription. It helps administrators monitor usage, understand consumption trends, and make informed decisions about capacity planning.

The report is enabled for the subscription owners or contributors of the Automation service projects.

The BPU reporting experience is organized into two separate reports:

Automation BPU report

The Automation BPU Report focuses on resources consumed through business process execution within a specific environment.

Use this report to understand how Automation BPUs are being utilized by applications, processes, and activities running in your Automation Service environments.

AI BPU report

The AI BPU Report provides a centralized view of Artificial Intelligence consumption across the entire company.

Unlike the Automation BPU report, which is scoped to a specific environment, the AI BPU report consolidates AI consumption from all environments associated with the organization. This provides a single place to analyze AI adoption and monitor the usage of AI-powered capabilities.

While both reports share a similar reporting experience, they focus on different types of consumption and provide different levels of analysis.

The reports include consumption data across different time ranges, including current month, monthly, semester, yearly, and custom periods.

BPU report transition

Beginning with the Summer 2026 release, Bizagi introduces a new reporting model that separates Automation consumption from AI consumption.

This change aligns with the evolution of Bizagi's licensing model for Artificial Intelligence services.

Historically, AI usage was reported together with Automation consumption in the traditional BPU report. AI-related capabilities such as Ask Ada, AI Workers, and AI Agents consumed BPUs under the same reporting structure used for process automation.

With the Summer 2026 release, AI consumption is tracked independently through a dedicated AI BPU report.

The Automation BPU report that existed before Summer 2026 continues to be available. Historical data is not removed, modified, or recalculated. This allows organizations to maintain visibility of past consumption and retain previous reporting records.

After AI consumption is enabled under the Summer 2026 licensing model, all new AI usage is recorded in the new AI BPU report.

In practice, this means:

Historical AI-related consumption remains visible in the previous reporting structure.

New AI consumption is recorded in the dedicated AI BPU report.

Automation consumption continues to be tracked through the Automation BPU report.

AI and Automation consumption are now reported independently.
