Bizagi Modeler user roles and portals

Overview

Bizagi Modeler roles are distributed according to permissions: to manage the subscription; to manage the model and define security modules; to access the models and collaborate within them.

 

Subscription Owner: the user account that was assigned to manage the subscription in the purchase process. That is, the owner can invite other users to the Modeler subscription.

 

User_Admins_md

 

Model owner:  this user is the creator of a model from Bizagi Modeler. The Model Owner can invite other collaborators to the project and define the security using the security module. Any user who is invited to the model must have a subscription account.

 

User_Tester_md

 

Editors / Contributors: users who are editing or contributing comments to the model's documentation. They can access the model through the Process Library or by using the Bizagi Modeler desktop application. They can create or work on any component of the model, as long as they have permission.

Customer Portal

The Bizagi Customer Portal is a centralized web-based application that lets you manage the users of all the services you acquire from our Bizagi cloud platform: Bizagi Modeler, Studio Cloud Services and Automation Service.

In this secure portal, you can easily manage permissions to access the resources of your cloud services. Once you have purchased a cloud-based Bizagi product, you have access to your own Customer Portal to manage users of the given product. Every product purchased under the same subscription is added to the customer portal dashboard.

Process Library

https://model-[company_name].bizagi.com/

The Process Library is a lightweight web application site used to contribute to the documentation of models. For further information, see Process Models view. You can also see My Processes view  to acknowledge and validate processes where a user is involved in a daily basis.  

Bizagi Modeler

Desktop application

Desktop application for intelligent process modeling. Bizagi Modeler synchronizes the data from your cloud repository and permits you to create and document your models and diagrams.

Support Portal

Support site to assist customers with incidents.
