FAQs

1.Do I need to download or install software to use Automation Service environments?

No, Automation Service and its cloud environments are ready to be used without the need to consider other software.

Users, testers or administrators only need a browser and an internet connection to access their cloud environments.

Users or testers can optionally download the Bizagi app (from the iOS App store or Google Play) if they plan to use mobile devices.

 

2.What should I do if I need help?

Let us know of any technical difficulties you are facing, or questions you have about Bizagi features, by submitting a ticket directly to https://www.bizagi.com/en/secure-support/view-my-tickets.

To submit a ticket, log in with your Bizagi.com account and follow the instructions presented in Technical Support.

If you experience any difficulties logging into bizagi.com, trying to submit a ticket, with the on-boarding process, or regarding the scheduled training program, contact us at FreeSupport@bizagi.com.

 

3.What should I do if I need to change or review the features purchased from my Automation Service subscription?

If you have questions about the purchased features included in your subscription (such as the specification of delivered cloud environments, support plan, or any other included starter packs), or the contract terms of this subscription, or want to request changes, contact your Account Executive.

 

4.How do I manage other settings and environment parameters of Automation Service?

To configure settings and parameters of your Testing, Staging or Production environments, use the Bizagi Management Console.

 

5.How does the offboarding process work?

As soon as you offboard and no longer require Bizagi PaaS offering, you should post a ticket requesting the delivery of your data. The team will send a BACPAC containing all the project’s information, as well as the files uploaded.
