Overview
You can execute Rule Actions on the records of your Collection. Actions determine the options that can be initiated and executed by a Persona in your app. A configured action is represented as an option that enables the creation of a new record or multiple records, updating them, etc. These actions can be configured from the Work Portal, for more information refer to the Actions article.
Execute from a Collection
To execute this, click the three-dot menu of a record from a Collection, and select the rule you want to execute.
Execute from a Detail Page
Additionally, you can execute these actions from the Detail page of the desired record. Click the button with the name of the Rule Action to execute it from the Detail page.
