The following article presents examples of how the Files as Inputs feature can be used.
Car Insurance Company
An AI Agent can recognize information from an uploaded image or file, including handwritten text and visual details. The following example illustrates this capability:
A car insurance company receives images from a car crash. Although they were not present at the scene, they need to determine who is responsible for the accident. They upload the received images to an AI Agent, which analyzes the visuals and assesses who is more likely to be at fault based on the collected information.
In this example an OCR analyzes the Driver License of the implied people.
The Agent also analyzes other files such as the police report, statements of the parties, witness testimonials and the incident pictures. When all files are uploaded the output with the analysis will be shown as in the image below.
In Studio, you can configure the AI Agent in a form as explained in the article Execute AI Agents from Activity Actions.
Filling a Handwritten Form
Another example is a bank that receives physical forms for the opening of new accounts. These need to be digitalized and uploaded Bizagi for them to be reviewed by the customer service team. In order to to this, the bank uses an AI Agent to digitalize the account opening request.
The AI Agent has an image input file in which the handwritten account opening form is uploaded and converted to digital text.
Then, the output is passed to the next activity for it to be reviewed and processed by the bank's employees.
