  • Accessing Enterprise Portals

Customers of Bizagi's Enterprise plans, access Bizagi's Cloud portals using the same credentials, as the authentication of all Bizagi services is centralized in one private identity provider.

The following diagram depicts how all of Bizagi's products and services are authenticated in a centralized private identity provider.

For Modeler's Enterprise plan, customers have access to the Process Library, the Modeler desktop applications and the Customer Portal.

Users for Bizagi cloud products and services have access to the following portals (depending on the products they are subscribed to). They are authenticated using the private identity provider. Authorization to each portal depends if the user is registered in the respective service subscription:

    Customer Portal

    Modeler Portal

    Modeler desktop application login

Automation's Management Console Web (test, staging, or production environments)

Studio Collaboration's Management Console Web (development environment)

Studio Collaboration's Bizagi Studio log in

    Artificial Intelligence Portal

    Business Insight Portal

Once a user is registered in the Customer Portal, they can sign in using the same account to this Portal, and all the portals related to the subscription. See Signing up for Enterprise plans. If you integrate the cloud-based portals and applications to sign-in with the corporate Identity Provider, see How to manage Identity Providers, this affects all the services that are authenticated with the private identity provider, mentioned in the previous list.

Authentication for Workgroup, Professional and Personal plans

For Workgroup, Professional and Personal plans the authentication module uses a public identity provider such as Google or MS Live, this means you can use a personal email to sign up and sign in.

Customers of these plans have access to the Process Library and the Modeler desktop applications.
