Overview
Bizagi Modeler focuses on empowering the customer to devote all of their efforts to the design of their process diagram, while Bizagi handles service administration and management.
Bizagi Modeler relies on important security-by-design features and manages and maintains the security of the Bizagi Modeler environment as a whole to provide a high level of security.
Geographical locations
The services and resources assigned to a customer of a Bizagi Modeler subscription are located in a geographical location chosen by the customer.
As soon as a user registers for a Bizagi subscription and uploads a process to the cloud, the information in each model is stored in one of Bizagi's data centers.
Enterprise customers have a dedicated cloud service with isolated storage and a personalized URL. Each Bizagi Modeler Enterprise subscription customer uses a unique set of assigned services and resources, with no sharing of customer data.
Such a set of assigned services and resources are located in the geographical location chosen by the customer.
Having separate services and resources along with data isolation allows for more predictable performance behavior and a basis for strict compliance in terms of data privacy.
Enterprise customers choose where their data is stored between ten data centers located in three different geographies:
United States, Europe and Asia
Data centers are located as follows:
•United States: West US (California), West US 2 (Washington), South Central US (Texas), Central US (Iowa), East US 1 and 2 (Virginia).
•Europe: North Europe (Ireland), West Europe (Netherlands).
•Asia: Southeast Asia (Singapore), East Asia (Hong Kong).
