Overview
Within the development environment, you may do quick prototyping and launch the bundled Work Portal, which reflects how processes will be exactly shown in other environments such as testing or production.
Use this option to test and validate your processes.
To launch the Work Portal, click the Work Portal button in Bizagi Studio's Home tab or click Run in the seventh step of the Process Wizard:

If you make significant changes to your processes, reopen the Work Portal from Bizagi Studio rather than refreshing the browser. This helps ensure that the latest changes are reflected in the Work Portal, especially when they involve: •Process model redefinitions or new elements. •Data model changes. •Business rules changes or changes regarding integration with other systems. |
Work Portal in development and testing environments

When using the Work Portal for quick prototyping in the development environment, consider the following:
1. By default, projects include a single system user, domain\admon with a blank password. You can create additional users through the Work Portal. For more information, refer to Users administration.
2. When domain\admon is the only user, the Work Portal logs you in automatically. This behavior is available only in development and testing environments to help accelerate testing.
3. By default, domain\admon is configured to skip assignment rules, allowing you to validate process logic and flow without involving multiple performers. This property can also be enabled for other users, but it is available only in development environments. For more information, refer to Skip allocation rules.
4. You can enable the Quick login to access the Work Portal without entering a password. This option is available only in development and testing environments and can be used when testing task assignment rules or frequently switching between performers.
