The Security options let you define LDAP configuration and the set of permissions for the Work Portal menus and processes, based on specific roles and user groups.

 

The following options are available in this feature:

•Security: lets you to restrict access to different areas of your processes during execution to ensure that the correct people have the necessary privileges and to prevent unauthorized actions.

•LDAP: manage and validate user access to the Work Portal. Bizagi offers several types of authentication to fulfill your business requirements.

•Web administrator password: change the Admon user password. If the password is not explicitly specified, the Admon user password will be left blank. This feature is available for Test environments using Bizagi Authentication.

•SAML 2.0: Lets you configure the security of your authentication certificates for your Test and Production environments from the Management Console (MC).
