Bizagi enables customers to focus entirely on designing and developing their process applications while Bizagi manages the administration and security of the cloud services.
To ensure a high level of protection, Bizagi applies security-by-design principles and maintains the security of the environment as a whole. Each customer benefits from a dedicated cloud setup with isolated storage and a personalized URL. This separation of services and resources provides predictable performance and supports strict compliance with data privacy requirements.
Regional Provisioning Options
Bizagi provisions services in Microsoft Azure regions based on the geography selected by the customer during onboarding. This geography is referred to as the Regional Provisioning Option.
Bizagi ensures that all services and resources for that customer remain within the selected geography.
The following Regional Provisioning Options are currently available:
US Region – Provisioned in Microsoft Azure regions located in the United States.
EU Region – Provisioned in Microsoft Azure regions within the European Union / European Economic Area.
Asia Region – Provisioned in Microsoft Azure regions located in Asia-Pacific.
Government – Provisioned in Microsoft Azure regions designated for U.S. public-sector (e.g., Azure Government).
Bizagi may introduce additional Regional Provisioning Options in the future. Any changes will be reflected in updated documentation.
Important considerations
•Customers requiring a specific Regional Provisioning Option must communicate this requirement during the quoting stage, before the Order Form is issued.
•Bizagi manages the exact Azure region selection within the chosen geography to ensure capacity, resilience, and compliance.
•Data residency commitments apply to the selected geography. Limited processing outside the region (e.g., for support) is governed by Bizagi’s contractual safeguards and applicable regulations.

2.Can I choose the exact Azure datacenter?
No. Customers select a geography (Regional Provisioning Option), and Bizagi determines the specific Azure region within that geography for operational reasons.
3.How does Bizagi ensure data privacy and compliance?
Bizagi enforces data residency within the selected geography and applies contractual safeguards (including Standard Contractual Clauses and other applicable regulations) for any limited processing outside the region.
4.Will new regions be added?
Yes. Bizagi may introduce additional Regional Provisioning Options based on customer demand and compliance requirements. Updates will be reflected in this documentation.
