Overview
To provide a high level of security, in addition to other security controls (as listed in Automation Service Security), Automation Service relies on network isolation measures and security controls.
Network Isolation
Keeping different data appropriately segregated provides well-recognized protection.
Automation Service provides an isolated network architecture, which limits and filters access.
Firewalls also provide network packet filtering to make sure untrusted machines cannot generate spoofed traffic, receive traffic not addressed to them, direct traffic to protected infrastructure endpoints, or send or receive inappropriate broadcast traffic
