In terms of authentication for Bizagi Work Portal, as well as other security controls mentioned in Automation Service Security, Automation Service supports integration with Identity Management services by means of industry renowned standards, such as the Open ID Connect protocol.
Identity managers in Automation Service provide secure sign-in capabilities and compliance with your security and authentication policies.

Automation Service supports Azure Active Directory as an integrated Identity management service.
Alternatively, customers can choose to establish a VPN to integrate with their on-premises Identity providers, for example, to rely on their LDAP systems for user access to their applications.
