Overview
Automation Service offers an Enterprise Subscription with a unique URL for each customer: companyname.bizagi.com. As Automation Service charges in a pay-for-what-you-use fashion, there are no limits on the number of end users nor deployed applications.
Projects and environments for Enterprise Subscriptions are created by request (after a commercial agreement is in place). Customers choose the Performance Level that best fits their demand and budget. If required, Performance Levels can be scaled up or down.
With an Enterprise Subscription you receive:

The subscription includes one or more Testing Environments to conduct user-acceptance tests, and a Production environment to run the applications and make them available for authorized production users.

Billing info
Automation Service charges in a pay-for-what-you-use fashion, based on the Performance Level you choose for each of your environments.
You can scale up your Performance Level, during the time the subscription is active. When you scale up an environment, there is no data loss and the task goes on without significant disruption.
You can also scale down to reduce capacity of the Performance Level chosen, at the time of the subscription renewal.
If you scale up or add new environments, Bizagi invoices the yearly prorated fee, meaning Bizagi will only charge for the remaining days until the end of the subscription year. At the time of renewal, Bizagi will charge a fee for an additional year of your subscription, according to the current Performance Level of each active environment.
For new customers, we carry out an initial capacity estimate for testing and Production environments (contact us if this is the case). Customers can then request to scale the Performance Levels of each of their environments up or down to match demand.
To determine the BPUs you require in an environment (and therefore correct Performance Level and storage capacity required), estimate the expected number of steps your applications will execute per month, and divide this by 10,000.
