Overview
In the RPA life cycle management project, there are parameter entities that you can manage in the Work Portal.
When an administrator accesses the admin menu in Work Portal, click the process management section, and then select Entities:
The following entities appear:
•Benefit type: These are possible benefits of developing a new bot in response to a request.
•Cancellation reason: When you cancel the new bot process, select the reason from the options provided. This also applies to other processes in the RPA life cycle management project.
•Operating system: Operating systems that machines can run on.
There are other parameter entities that you can manage from the development environment (Bizagi Studio). If you access the expert view, and select the Entities module, you can find all the parameter entities used in the project:
