Overview

Bizagi Work Portal is the site where end users run the processes that have been previously automated. In this portal, users can create Live Processes, and retrieve reports from specific processes or tasks.

 

When going for the first time to your Test or Production Work Portal, there are some configurations that you can perform:

Security definition: manage users authentication, access to information and case security, among other options. For more information, refer to Security definition.

Time zone definition: manage the time zones used in your Bizagi Automation based on the location of your users. For more information, refer to Time zone definition.

Mailbox integration: configure a mailbox in your authoring environment to complete tasks directly in emails. For more information, refer to Mailbox integration.
