Overview
Personal data is collected on Bizagi portals in two different ways:
1.When a user is added to an Enterprise account via the Customer Portal.
2.When a user signs up for a Bizagi account.

Consider the following GDPR tips, regarding how to address collection of personal data: •GDPR Article 13 enforces "Information to be provided where personal data are collected from the data subject". •GDPR Article 14 enforces "Information to be provided where personal data have not been obtained from the data subject". •As summarized in the Introductory concepts of GDPR, the right to "Ask for clarifications about the purpose being given to personal data" is available for individuals. •As summarized in the Introductory concepts of GDPR, the right to "Ask for clarifications on which personal data is being managed, and where it is stored or accessed from" is available for individuals. |
Enterprise accounts
In Enterprise accounts, Admin users are in charge of registering new users through the Customer Portal. When a new user is added to an Enterprise subscription, the following personal data is collected:
•First name
•Last name
•Country
•State / Province
•City
It is important to keep in mind that this information is associated to the role designated to the new user (e.g., Analysis).

Recall that the following options apply whenever you have already created an account for the Bizagi website (at https://www.bizagi.com).
