Personal data is collected on Bizagi portals in two different ways:
1.When a user is added to an Enterprise account via the Customer Portal.
2.When a user signs up for a Bizagi account.

In Enterprise accounts, Admin users are in charge of registering new users through the Customer Portal. When a new user is added to an Enterprise subscription, the following personal data is collected:
•State / Province
It is important to keep in mind that this information is associated to the role designated to the new user (e.g., Analysis, Site Editor, etc.).
