Overview
If you own Artificial Intelligence or Business Insights projects you can also manage users accessing any of these services from the Customer Portal.
Managing users
As the BI subscription owner, you can access the Customer Portal and manage users. When you first access the Customer portal, you can access the BI menu, and see all your projects:
You can access your BI portal clicking the Open in BI link on the right-hand side.
You can add users to your BI subscription clicking the users section, and then Include user:
Search the user name. It is very important to remember that the user must be part of the company user's pool. Then click Include user.
You can add or remove multiple users in the same screen.
