1.B To sign in to your company Process Library go to https://model-[CompanyName].bizagi.com/.
2. You will be automatically redirected to the page where you can authenticate using your corporation's identity service provider.
Available options are:
•Bizagi Accounts (default authentication module).
•An Azure AD/Asure AD B2C service.
•An ADFS service.
•An Okta service
To use an authentication with an Azure AD, ADFS o Okta, make sure that your Enterprise plan is configured to support integrated authentication by an administrator of your plan.
For more information about the required configuration, refer to How to Manage Identity Providers. |
For instance, for an Azure AD or ADFS, you will see Microsoft's login screen:
If you have multiple authenticators, first, users must type the email, and depending on the email's domain, Bizagi redirects to the authenticator. Refer to Users' log in with multiple authenticators. |
Input your credentials and authenticate as you normally do within your corporate authentication system.
Notice that: 1. Bizagi establishes a secure connection with your corporate authentication system by relying on the WS-Federation protocol which in turn relies on SAML-compliant assertions and Secure Token Service (STS). For Okta, Bizagi uses the Open ID protocol. 2. You authenticate directly through your corporate authentication system, which means that your password is not transferred, handled, or stored by Bizagi at any moment. 3. Once you have signed in and using Bizagi Modeler, you can rely on Single Sign-On capabilities. 4. Single log-out capabilities are not supported. |
At the Desktop application once you have signed in, your name appears on the upper right corner.
If you sign out, or close the pop up without signing in, you can select the Sign in link in the upper right corner of the screen:
At the company Process Library once you are signed in, your name appears in the upper right corner.
