Monitoring and operations

Overview

Bizagi Cloud Platform introduces a cloud-centric architecture which leverages the best services and techniques to offer a secure, reliable and high performing Bizagi Cloud Platform environment.

All environments are managed and operated by Bizagi. Therefore, software and service operations as well as maintenance are managed by Bizagi.  

Bizagi performs installations, updates and the overall maintenance of required software and components of the Bizagi platform, including patches, version upgrades, and system maintenance (e.g. database tuning).

 

Security in service operations

People and processes operating Bizagi Cloud Platform undergo strict security controls.

Access control is aligned with market best practices. This helps to maintain security, continuity, and privacy.

Bizagi's security policies and procedures are based on the ISO 27001 standard, and consider applicable addenda to address cloud privacy.

For data privacy enforcement, upon termination of a subscription, the client's data is erased and rendered unrecoverable (though customers can request retrieval of their data with prior notice).

 

Monitoring and logging

Bizagi permanently monitors the components of the services offered, through a team of experts. The team has established thresholds that notify them, to react to any security-related issue or operational warnings. In this way, the components are adjusted, guaranteeing availability and performance.

Monitoring and logging for Bizagi Cloud Platform, applications, systems, data repositories, middleware and applicable infrastructure in general, is in place.

Logs are analyzed for anomalous behavior and monitoring of the service is conducted so that staff are alerted about any anomalies.
