Management Console authentication

Bizagi relies on a robust authentication module so users can sign in securely to the service. The Management Console uses the same login as the Customer Portal. See Signing in the Bizagi Cloud Portals and Applications. This module supports diverse integrated Identity Providers such as ADFS, Entra ID and Okta.

The Management Console uses the same Identity Provider of the Customer Portal. If you change the IdP of the Management Console affects the log in of the Customer Portal, and vice versa.
