Bizagi offers a wide range of functionalities designed to optimize business process management. Although most of these features are available through different interfaces, such as the Work Portal, mobile applications, and other customized portals, there are specific characteristics unique to each access point. Some functionalities have been developed specifically for certain portals, while others have been omitted or adapted to meet different needs, usage contexts and device capabilities.
This document aims to clarify the features that are present in the Work Portal but not in the mobile application. It focuses on the main features, but it is important to note that there are visual and usability differences that, due to the patterns used, are not the same on mobile devices. For example, the use of page selectors versus infinite lists, which are more common on mobile, or details when clicking the desktop that are not perceived in the mobile version. Furthermore, some features are only available on tablets due to the required amount of screen space.
To simplify the list of functionalities, this document has been divided into four parts.
General Inbox and Main Menu
This section includes functionalities related to the Inbox, as well as related features that can be accessed in the Work Portal within the main menu.
