Smart Inbox

Overview

Bizagi provides a feature to gather, classify and reorganize your pending tasks in your inbox based on business information from processes. This feature is called the Smart Inbox and lets users define processes and filters in a centralized folder where they can find cases that fulfill the filters' configuration.

 

Description

The Smart Inbox uses filters, configured by users, based on business information. Depending on the filter criteria, Bizagi classifies a pending task in a folder within the Work Portal's Inbox.  You can group your pending cases of different processes. For example, you want to see a gathering of cases for VIP customers from the United States.

By default, all users of the Work Portal can create a Smart Inbox. However, you can define security restrictions to users, and define who can create Smart Inboxes. The following sections describe how to create a Smart Inbox and how to define security.
