Sign in trial subscription

Overview

To use Studio Collaboration Services you need to sign in to your subscription with your registered email. The sign in procedure may vary if you are using an external identity provider, instead of Bizagi 's Accounts module.

 

Studio Collaboration Services trial subscription authentication

Bizagi relies on a robust authentication module so users can sign in securely to the service. This module supports diverse integrated identity providers such as Microsoft 365 or Google.

Microsoft 365 or Google integration, i available when you sign in with a corporate email for an trial subscription. If you are not using any of these identity providers, Bizagi handles the authentication of users in the Accounts module associated with your subscription.

When you open Bizagi Studio and sign into your subscription, Bizagi Studio displays a pop up window  where you register your user credentials. If you forgot your password, click Forgot your Password?, otherwise, enter the email and password you registered for your Bizagi account and click Log in.

After signing in from your desktop application, if you go through a link to the web application, you will be asked to sign in again in your browser.

 

Choose one of these options:

Enter the email you registered for your subscription account and click Sign in.

Click Microsoft to sign in with your Microsoft 365 account.

Once redirected to https://login.microsoftonline.com, provide your Microsoft 365 email or phone number to authenticate as you normally do in Microsoft online services, and click Sign in.

Bizagi establishes a secure connection with Microsoft online services through the OpenID Connect protocol (version 1.0), and by employing an OAuth 2.0 compliant sequence flow that relies on the Authorization code spec. You authenticate directly at Microsoft online services, which means that your password is not transferred, handled, or stored by Bizagi.

 

Click Google to sign in with your Google account.

Once redirected to https://accounts.google.com, provide your G Suite email or phone number to authenticate as you normally do in G Suite and click Next.

3. When you sign in for the first time, you see your account's profile.

Confirm your account details are accurate and click Save changes.

Forgot your password?

When a user forgets their password, Bizagi offers an option to recover it. To recover your password, follow these steps:

 

1.Click Forgot your password? on the pop up window where Bizagi asked for your credentials.

2.Enter your account email and click Reset password.

Bizagi sends an email to verify your account.

If you do not receive your email, check your spam folder.

 

3.Go to the email received and click the reset password button. This is how Bizagi verifies your account.

4.Once your email is verified, set your new password.

If you did not receive the verification email, contact support at accounts.support@bizagi.com. Support will send you an email with a provisional password. Once you enter your email and the provisional password, you will be immediately redirected to set a new password.
