In the Request a new bot in Bizagi process, there are users who are stakeholders but still have important roles in the process. This article explains those roles.
In your project, there are two additional roles created by default:
If the bot needs to use an application, and the application needs credentials, a Credentials manager is in charge of handling the credentials in the development cycle, and is in charge of adding the credentials:
On the other hand, a user with the manager role, is in charge of reviewing the information gathered in the process in the previous task. Make sure that you define users with these roles when you set up your project.
