This welcome guide intends to introduce you to your new service smoothly, providing resources and information for your first steps in process automation.

This guide explains important concepts to understand the scope of Bizagi Studio Collaboration Services. Please become familiar with these concepts before continuing.
•Bizagi Studio Collaboration Services: is a comprehensive set of cloud-based services intended to store all applications needed to automate your processes, synchronizing all data between your developers working collaboratively. These services let you distribute your development team worldwide, empowering users to work together as a team regardless of the location, to deliver applications faster and efficiently.
•Studio Collaboration Services subscription: gives access to the subscription owner and invited users to all the Studio Collaboration Services infrastructure.
•Development environment: set of computing assets provisioned in the cloud, and managed by Bizagi, encompassing the development environment to run one project Work Portal.
•Bizagi Project: repository of processes automated in the development environment. You can create an unlimited number of projects. Nevertheless, only one project Work Portal can be executed in your cloud development environment per package. Studio Collaboration Services stores all projects metadata in your cloud environment, but other projects' Work Portal must be executed locally using local computer resources.
•Bizagi Studio: desktop application for intelligent process automation. Bizagi Studio synchronizes the data from your cloud repository and permits to develop your applications by modeling processes, define data models, create forms, develop business rules, allocate work, define integrations, and design experience for Stakeholders. You can Open Bizagi Studio using the On-Premises or Pen Drive installer.
Your subscription entitles you to:
•One subscription owner. Ownership is bound to that user (or email account) purchasing the subscription. This user can manage users within the subscription.
•Create multiple projects.
•Share your subscription with the number of users available from purchased packages. These accounts can create multiple projects. Each project becomes part of your subscription so users can work collaboratively to model processes, define data models, create forms, develop business rules, allocate work, define integrations, and design experience for Stakeholders.
•Grant access per project to each user using the security module. You can set permission at different levels of the project, such as applications or processes.
•Create an unlimited number of business processes.
•Authorized access to Bizagi Studio Collaboration Services by each user, using a dedicated account (a non-shared unique email and password). Only the subscription owner can view and manage subscription details.
•Technical support with an online ticket portal enabling easy communication with an expert Bizagi team and follow-up on your side.
