Defining notifications

Notifications are messages sent by email that provide information on the status of a case or specific business information.

There are two types of e-mails:


Automatic notifications: These are predefined notifications that are sent under specific circumstances to inform end users about canceled cases, delayed Processes, delayed Activities and newly allocated Tasks.


User configured notifications: These are notifications where the information contained is entirely defined by the user according to business conditions.


Bizagi send notifications when emails have been enabled and a mail server has been correctly configured in the project's Environments Configuration.
