This section describes how end users work with processes produced by the Live Processes feature.
Creating new cases
When your Live Process is in PILOT or PUBLISHED state, it is available from the New Case button.
The Category that is displayed is the one chosen in the Properties menu.
As a case is created, it works the same as with any other type of process created in Studio: end users will have the case created in their Inbox, and the activity form will be shown.
Whenever a subsequent activity is assigned to an end user, the activity is also placed in that user's Inbox, just as with a regular process's activity.
Live Processes do not have a Timeline and are not available to be marked as Favorite.
Make sure authorization settings allow the given users or groups to have access to the process and work on it.
