Overview

Cloud environments are managed and operated by Bizagi.

Therefore, software and service operations as well as maintenance are managed by Bizagi.

Bizagi performs installations, updates and the overall maintenance of required software and components of the Bizagi platform, including patches, version upgrades, and system maintenance (e.g. database tuning).

Similarly, Bizagi carries out monitoring of its supporting services and underlying technology general.

Bizagi conducts 24/7 monitoring of such services and technology, and engages a team of experts ready to react to any alert regarding security or operational warnings.
