Power BI example

Overview

Having access to the ODS gives you reporting advantages, because you can customize any report in your third party reporting tool. This article contains an example using Power BI.

 

Power BI configuration

Open your Power BI desktop, and click the Get Data icon:

Then select Azure SQL database:

Register the server and the database given by Bizagi when you acquire the ODS service:

We recommend using the DirectQuery option because Importing data could take several minutes, depending on the database size.

 

Select the database tab on the right, and Input the user name and password:

Then you can select the tables of your project that you need to query in your reports:
