Environment

The Environment section provides options to manage your environment's configuration, import and export data and start the maintenance window.

 

The following options are available:

Options: The Environment Configuration determines the Email integration, Web services, SMS, scheduler, uploads and logging options are configured.

Deployment Package: Lets you apply a deployment package into a target environment (e.g, testing or production).

Sync data: This procedure lets you move data from your development environment into your target environment.

Stakeholder synchronization: To speed-up the mapping of users to Stakeholder definitions, you can define conditions to automatically map them in batch. When said conditions are applied through the Management Console they are continuously reviewed by Bizagi to enable or disable users as an specific Stakeholder.

Maintenance window: The Maintenance window lets you to perform a soft reset of the environment, which involves stopping the Scheduler and cleaning the cache without restarting the server.

Delete cases: Deletes all existing cases and the data stored in the master entities in the current environment. This feature is available for Test environments.
