Sharing permission levels

Modeler Services has types of permission levels that determine the features available to any individual within a particular Model.

The permission levels available in Modeler Services are:

oContributor: A Contributor is able to navigate through diagrams and review documentations as well as comment on any diagram or model, using a browser and a device of their choice.

oEditor: An Editor has full access rights to a model, except for granting access rights and for deleting models. Editors can change the process flow, change the Model's properties and include documentation, using Bizagi Modeler application for desktop.

oOwner of the model: The owner of the model is also an Editor but with full access control over their shared models, including allocating access rights (sharing, unsharing to users) and deletion through the Web Application.

oOwner of the subscription: The owner of the subscription is the user who is able to add or deactivate users in the subscription. This user may have access to a model as an Editor or Contributor.

The following table illustrates what actions exactly are available for each of the permission levels.

* The owner of the subscription will have the corresponding access level according to if it is an Editor or a Contributor.

To share a model, you need to purchase an Enterprise or Workgroup plan for yourself and for those you want to share with. Add the appropriate subscriptions for the people you want to collaborate with, according to the access you want for each one. Remember you need an Editor subscription for yourself.

Acknowledging a model for process compliance, is a feature which is available in Enterprise plan only.
