Sites Dashboard

Overview

The Sites Dashboard is the main landing page to manage your Sites offering options to access a Site, create, delete and change their configuration.

Bizagi Sites Dashboard is divided in two panels:

A left panel to quickly access and manage the most recently uses Sites, and a right panel that lists and organizes in folders all the Sites of the subscription.

 

Left Panel

The left panel shows a list with the three most recently updated projects within the chosen subscription. Each Site presents some options to manage it:

Under the subscription name, you can find the information of the last updated Site, including its name, its preview, the folder where it was saved and the list of the links of the publications performed on the given Site:

Hover the Site preview to make visible the Edit Site button. This button opens the Sites Editor to build or update the given site.

Clicking the BizagiSites_Dashboard07 icon next to the Site name displays the list of the three most recently updated Sites.

Within the list you find the following options:

 

Create a New Site: use either the button on the top or the bottom of the list to start the Create a Site wizard. For more information, refer to Creating a site.

Edit: this button is available for every Site on the list. It will open the Sites Editor in order to build or update the given site.

Preview:  this button is available for every Site on the list. It allows to emulate the behavior of your site when it is displayed on several devices. For more information, refer to Preview Mode.

 

To change the active subscription, click the BizagiSites_Dashboard03 button on the top right corner and select the corresponding option. This will refresh the Sites list and display the ones that apply to that subscription in particular.

Right Panel

The right panel displays all the Sites of the subscription grouping them within folders to provide a clean organization.

In the right panel Sites can be created, deleted, cloned, change their cofiguration and access the Sites Editor.

 

They are sorted chronologically from most recently updated Site.

 

To rename a folder, hover over the folder you want and click the BizagiSites_Dashboard11 icon.

 

Use the button on the top right corner to start the Create a Site wizard. For more information, refer to Creating a site.

You can also use the option located inside every folder to create a new Site within the folder.

When clicking any Site, the Sites Editor will open in order to build or update the given Site.

 

Every Site has a set of options which are located inside the three dot menu

Clone a Site: creates a new site with the same configuration, template and design of the original one. In order to clone the site, a new name is required. All Sites have a unique name.

Edit a Site configuration: Allows changing the initial configuration of the Site, defining Environments and Stakeholders involved.

 

oEnvironments: change the environment where Bizagi Site fetches the data form. Select the environment to be changed and click Save.

oManage Stakeholders: add (activate) or remove (deactivate) the Stakeholders who use the Site. When deactivating stakeholders, take into account that this action will affect the visibility of some pages and some bundles data.

When all the stakeholders had been activated or deactivated, click Save.

 

Delete: completely deletes a Site. This action will remove any Publishing performed and cannot be undone.
