Types of licenses

Overview

Bizagi offers a licensing model which applies to the specific use of Bizagi Engine as described below.

Perpetual License (User based): License is paid for once and the software can be used for an unlimited period of time.

Usage-based License: License is paid for a period according to the Performance Level. The software can be used as longs as the license is active, thus the license must be renewed when expires.

For Perpetual licenses you must also purchase the first year of maintenance. After the first year, you have the option to renew your maintenance, to keep your software up to date with the latest version.

For Usage-based licenses, maintenance is already included in the value of the subscription.

Maintenance includes: new product versions to keep Bizagi up-to-date, service packs, and basic product support (No SLAs).
