Bizagi Cloud is committed to delivering 99.9% SLA uptime. To do so, Bizagi Cloud keeps three replicas of databases and servers to protect against hardware failures and increase system reliability.
The infrastructure behind the service is designed for availability and resiliency, and this includes storage, networks, and communications, among others. Bizagi conducts 24x7 monitoring on the services and underlying technology and has more than 30 data centers around the world in order to provide higher performance and meet data location requirements.
If Bizagi does not achieve the SLA Commitment in any given month, then the Customercustomers will be eligible to receive sService cCredits towards a portion of the monthly service fees.
