Live Processes allow process owners to build and launch simple process applications created with no coding effort, as described at Live Processes.
This section describes how end users work with processes, as produced by the Live Processes feature.
Creating new cases
When your process is in PILOT or PUBLISHED state, it will be available from the New Case button.
Notice this works the same as with any other type of process.
Similarly, you are presented with the first activity's form for that process:
Whenever an activity is assigned to an end user, such activity will also be placed on that user's Inbox, just as with a regular process's activity. Keep in mind that Live Processes do not have Timeline and are not available to be marked as Favorite.
Make sure authorization setting allow the given users or groups to have access to the process and work on it.
